Looks after our seed business with support from Jo Smith, as well as working with a number of our crisping growers.

Manages our crisping contracts, with overall responsibility for our business strategy, planning, finance, and legals.

With many years industry experience, John looks after many of our crisping growers, as well as our ware sales into packers and other wholesale markets.

Andrew joined our team in 2019 after many years farm management and specialism in seed growing. He now supports Graham in managing our expanding seed area

Richard manages the day-to-day fulfilment of our crisping contracts into factory with Simon, as well as supporting our storage activities and monitoring our crisping stocks
Jo Smith (07985 645823)Operations Manager
Managing our accounts and payments team, Jo is also heavily involved in our seed management programme and managing specific business projects such as the development of our new seed management software
Marie MartinAccounts Assistant
Marie supports Jo with our invoicing, payments and dealing with customer inquiries.

Jackie supports Graham, Andrew and Jo with all aspects of our seed management including stock management, seed deliveries and paperwork, invoicing, payments and dealing with any customer inquiries.

Antonia supports Simon, Richard and Kristan with all aspects of our crisping management and administration including stock management, Quality Assurance, crisping deliveries and passports.

Kristan supports Simon, Richard and Antonia with various aspects of our crisping management and administration including quality assurance and testing, stock sampling on farm, and general stock monitoring.
